We don’t ship weak or freshly watered plants. Only vibrant, stable plants get packed—so you’re set up for success from day one.

Each houseplant is wrapped in kraft paper and supported with eco-fill for safe shipping — *Our signature packing method: terracotta pot wrapped in kraft paper, surrounded by shredded fiber and bubble wrap for a snug fit.*

Water + darkness + motion = risk. That’s why we hold watering 24–48 hours before shipping, depending on plant type. This keeps soil light and helps prevent rot.
