Funeral/Special Arrangements
Delivery Policy
-We offer complimentary delivery within a 10-mile radius for Funeral/Special Arrangements totaling over $100. Orders under $100 will incur a local delivery fee starting at $12.99. A surcharge of $0.95 per mile applies for locations beyond 10 miles. Deliveries are scheduled between 4:00 PM - 6:30 PM MST on Tuesdays to Fridays, and from 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST on Saturdays. If these times are inconvenient, kindly contact us for potential alternatives.
-In cases where the recipient is unavailable, the package will be returned to our shop for rescheduled delivery. A detailed note will be left to explain the situation. For specific delivery instructions, such as leaving the package at the doorstep or an alternate location, please indicate in the Special Instructions box. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any damage or theft if packages are left unattended. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority.
