Cancellation Policy
Deposit & Payment A $25 deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. When you pay the remaining balance ($31) in person on the day of the workshop, your $25 deposit will be applied toward the total $56 workshop fee. Rescheduling If Beth’s Roots & Shoots needs to reschedule a workshop, we will reach out with alternative date options as soon as possible. Rescheduling is a last resort and will only occur if the class is less than 45% occupied one week before the scheduled date. Should we need to move the workshop, your original $25 deposit will be transferred to the new date—no additional deposit is required. Cancellation by Participant You may not cancel once your spot is reserved. If something comes up, you can transfer your spot—and your $25 deposit—to any upcoming workshop date. What to Expect Please arrive right at your workshop’s scheduled start time. Our storefront will still be opening and setting up the space until then. Workshops typically run 1 to 1.5 hours. All tools, plants, and décor are provided. Just bring your enthusiasm! Thank you for understanding our policies. We can’t wait to share a fun, creative terrarium-building experience with you!
