1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Products
Beth's Homegrown offers live plants, handcrafted botanical arrangements, 3D-printed planters, premium substrates, and related botanical products.
Because many of our products are handmade or living items, natural variations in color, size, shape, and appearance are normal.
Products identified as "Exact Plant Pictured" will be the actual plant shown. Because plants continue to grow and change, the plant may have new growth, minor cosmetic changes, or natural variations by the time it ships.
3. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing.
4. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory shortages, or pricing errors.
If we cancel your order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase through the payment methods offered during checkout.
Orders will not be prepared or shipped until payment has been successfully processed.
6. Shipping
Shipping schedules, delivery estimates, and shipping policies are available on our Shipping & Returns page.
Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Beth's Homegrown is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or events beyond our control.
To help protect live plants during transit, orders are generally shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays.
7. Local Pickup & Delivery
Customers selecting Local Pickup or Local Delivery agree to follow the pickup or delivery instructions provided after purchase.
Orders not collected within a reasonable period may require additional arrangements before release.
8. Plant Care
Plants are living organisms and require proper care after delivery.
Every order includes a printed care card with basic care instructions. Additional care information may also be available on individual product listings.
While we are happy to answer plant care questions, we cannot guarantee the long-term health or survival of any plant after delivery due to environmental conditions and care practices beyond our control.
9. Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your shipment, contact us within 12 hours of delivery and include clear photos of both the product and its packaging so we can assist you.
10. Returns & Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy is available on our Shipping & Returns page and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including photographs, logos, branding, product descriptions, graphics, designs, and other materials—is the property of Beth's Homegrown and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beth's Homegrown shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as required by applicable law, all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
14. Force Majeure
Beth's Homegrown shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, shipping carrier disruptions, labor disputes, power outages, or government actions.
