Welcome to Beth’s Roots & Shoots. By accessing or placing an order with us—whether in-store, online, or via phone—you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General
1.1. Beth’s Roots & Shoots (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates [www.bethshomegrown.com](http://www.bethshomegrown.com) and a physical plant boutique in Utah.
1.2. These Terms govern your purchase of plants, soil mixes, pots, gifts, and related services.

2. Orders & Acceptance
2.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
2.2. For online orders, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms receipt, not acceptance. Your order is accepted when it ships or becomes available for in-store pickup.

3. Pricing & Payment
3.1. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax, delivery fees, or optional services unless stated.
3.2. We accept major credit/debit cards, digital wallets (where available), and cash in-store.
3.3. Payment is processed at the time you place your order. If payment cannot be authorized, your order will be cancelled.

4. Delivery & Pickup
4.1. **Local Delivery:** See our Local Delivery Policy for details on fees, free delivery thresholds, schedules, and instructions.
4.2. **Shipping:** Online orders shipped outside our local radius will incur standard shipping fees.
4.3. If no one is available to receive a delivery, the package will return to our shop and you must reschedule. We are not liable for packages left unattended per special instructions.

5. Returns & Exchanges
5.1. **In-Store Purchases:** All in-store sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
5.2. **Online Orders:** You have 2 hours from delivery to report any issues with photos. After 2 hours, orders are deemed accepted. See our Return & Support Policy for full details.

6. Care & Support
6.1. We provide complimentary care advice at any time. Feel free to contact us for questions big or small—your plant’s health and your satisfaction are our priorities.

7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All content on our website—including text, images, and logos—is owned or licensed by Beth’s Roots & Shoots and protected by copyright.
7.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beth’s Roots & Shoots is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products.
8.2. Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific item in question.

9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
