Do you offer free local delivery?Free Local Delivery - Orders over $100 qualify for complimentary delivery within a 10-mile radius. Delivery Fees -Orders under $100 incur a base delivery fee of $12.99. - For addresses more than 10 miles away, a mileage surcharge of $0.95 per additional mile applies.

What is your return policy for plants purchased from Beth's Roots & Shoots?Beth’s Roots & Shoots Return & Support Policy At Beth’s Roots & Shoots, your happiness and plant success are our top priorities. Whether you need care tips or have concerns about your purchase, we’re here for you every step of the way! **In-Store Purchases** -All in-store sales are final—no refunds or exchanges. - Have questions about your plant or planter? Need advice on care? Reach out anytime! We’re always happy to help and support you. **Online Orders** -Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. -If there is a concern, contact us within **2 hours** of delivery. - Send clear photos of any concerns to info@bethshomegrown.com, and we’ll make it right. - After 2 hours, deliveries are considered accepted, but you can still ask us for care guidance or troubleshooting at any time. How can I track my order from Beths Roots & Shoots?Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply enter that number on the carrier’s website to view your delivery status.
